EPS Foam Sheet Unit

Description of EPS Foam Sheet Unit:
1. EPS (Expanded Polystyrene Foam) foam sheet unit consists of primary screw, secondary screw, butane pump, extruding mould head, molding device, traction machine and take-in machine.
2. It adopts the impressive gondi double-stage high foam technology and uses the general polystyrene as raw material.
3. In the extruding process, vesicant is injected at high pressure. After the processes of extrusion, foaming, cooling, molding and traction, it is collected as finished product.
4. After being molded in the vacuum condition, it can be made into various packaging vessels, such as single-use fast food box, aquatic product dish, supermarket dish, cake dish, KT sheet and instant noodles bowl etc.

Process:
1. PS raw material → PS Foaming Sheet Extrusion Line → Molding drum → Traction → Wrap → PS Foam Sheet Roll
2. PS Foam Sheet Roll → Feeding shelf → Adjust temperature → Vacuum suction molding → Cut down from sheet roll → Shear machine → Fast food boxes → Packing
