Features of PP Film Blowing Machine:
1. Die head is able to turn 360°, thus strengthening the tension and evenness of film.
2. Screw and cylinder are made of 38CRMOAL alloy steel and treated by nitrogen, attributing to its high hardness, good corrosion resistance and endurance etc.
3. Die head is plated with hard chrome, with screw core structure, even melting material and good smooth finish of blowing film. Cooling equipment is a labyrinth blow pump, delivering even air output. The utilization of recycling cooling water system enables it to get good transparent effect.
4. Pressing braking winding equipment or central winding equipment is available for the coiling unit. Adopting torque motor to adjust, it has the merits of smooth film, easy roll changing.
