Features of Plastic Flat Film Extrusion Machine:
1. This plastic machine can use 100% regenerated PP & PE, powder or grain PP & HDPE to produce flat film.
2. The screw and cylinder of extruder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel; through nitrogen treatment, the hardness is over HV950.
3. Helical gear reducer made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel is applied to the extruder.
4. Aluminum cast heater is adopted by the extruder, which results in a long service life.

Application of Plastic Flat Film Extrusion Machine:
Using material of polypropylene & high density polyethylene, this machine, through the processes of heating, extruding and drawing, makes flat film that is then winded for weaving of the circular loom.
