Features of Plastic Round Line Extrusion Machine:
1. It can utilize 100% regenerated material, powder or grain to produce the plastic round line.
2. The screw and cylinder of extruder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel; the hardness is over HV950 after nitrogen treatment.
3. Helical gear reducer of extruder is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel.
4. The extruder adopts aluminum cast heater for an extended life.

Application of Plastic Round Line Extrusion Machine:
The machine, taking polypropylene & high density polyethylene as the material, through heating, extruding and drawing, makes plastic round line that is then winded for weaving of the circular loom.
